Diamolith DLC Diamond-Like Coatings

Our Diamolith DLC Diamond-Like Coatings offer cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance mechanical performance across various applications, including automotive, machinery, and decorative uses.

What is Diamolith DLC?

Diamolith DLC provides a low-friction coating with exceptionally high surface hardness, offering a low friction coefficient in dry or deficient lubrication conditions. This makes it perfectly suited for engines, machines, and other mechanical assemblies that experience sliding and rolling movements. Unlike other coatings, Diamolith achieves a perfect surface finish without the need for any post-treatment, making it ideal for high-precision injection molding tools and decorative applications such as jewelry.

Why Choose Diamolith DLC?

Our DLC coating is produced through a plasma-assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process that prioritizes Green technology, ensuring that our educts, processes, and products are environmentally friendly. Designed with precision and performance in mind, our Diamolith DLC coating boasts the following features:

Coating Thickness
Available in 3 to 5 µm, specifically 3.5 to 4.0 µm, applied at treatment temperatures between 200 to 300 °C.
Enhanced Performance
When applied to finished parts, it significantly increases surface hardness, reduces mechanical friction, and maintains the original surface finish.
